Which is as part of Smbhav summit 2022. You must please read these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Challenge.

You agree that, by participating in this Challenge, you will be constrained by these T&Cs, and any other terms and conditions that may be set forth in relation to the Prize (defined below). You acknowledge that you will meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these T&Cs.

These T&Cs are in addition to the Terms of Use and Sale and Amazon’s Privacy Notice to which you agree by using the website www.smbhav.com and related mobile sites and mobile apps (collectively, “Amazon.in”). If Amazon.in’s Terms of Use and Sale, and Privacy Notice are incompatible with these T&Cs, these T&Cs shall prevail with respect to this Challenge.

There is no purchase or payment of any kind required to enter this challenge. For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the reference requires you to do so, it shall mean any ordinary person who is a participant in the Challenge.

ELIGIBILITY

You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the challenge:

Indian Registered Institutions (Startup) in possession of a Billing address within India Region
You must be the owner of a Registered Startup in India, which is operating for more than 10 years from the date of Incorporation.
Entity owner must be 18 years or older at the time of application

Our or your support staff, their immediate family members (spouse, domestic partner, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our associates, counselors, can enter the Challenge as participants are not eligible.

DETAILS OF THE CHALLENGE AND HOW TO ENTER

The challenge will invite applications in the week commencing from March 01, 2022, out of which the top 100 successful startups will be shortlisted by March 31, 2022
These top 100 startups will be required to submit a written pitch about their company, vision, products and innovations in a prescribed format. The jury will then announce the top 15 finalists in the week beginning April 05, 2022.
The jury will evaluate the top 15 startups in a live showcase to be held on April 16, 2022.

The winners of the Challenge will be announced on April 18, 2021 (“Challenge Period”).
Challenge winners stand to win cash prizes, mentorship from industry leaders and a startup kit (each “award”).

OTHER CHALLENGES

Please note that hosting challenges or contests similar to this challenge may be hosted on www.smbhav.com. By entering this Challenge, you will not be eligible to receive any benefits provided in any other Challenge or Contest unless you enter each such Challenge and Contest separately.

PRIZES

In circumstances outside of Your story’s restraint, Your story may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in its Discretion.

Selection of Winner

The winner will be decided by the jury after evaluating the top 15 startups in the challenge, and will be announced on April 18, 2021.

The decision and award determined by such jury shall be final and binding. The names of the winners of this challenge will be posted on social media handles and groups owned and operated by Amazon.
