अभ्यर्थियों का दिनांक- 01.08.2020 अथवा के पूर्व किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक परीक्षा या राज्य सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त उसके समकक्ष परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होना अनिवार्य है |

उम्मीदवारों के लिए 01.08.2020 से पहले या राज्य सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक परीक्षा या इसके समकक्ष परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करना अनिवार्य है।
