Educational Qualification
▶ Office Assistant (Multipurpose):-
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.
▶ Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager):-
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.
▶ Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager) :-
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, from a recognized university or an equivalent institution with at least 50% aggregate. Candidates with degrees in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Marketing and Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science will be preferred.
Experience:- Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
▶ Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (Manager) :-
Information Technology Officer –
A bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology from a recognized University or equivalent with a minimum 50% aggregate.
Experience:- One year (in the applicable field).
Chartered Accountant:-
Experience:-Certified Associate(CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Law Officer:-
Experience:- Degree obtained from a recognized University in Law, or an equivalent institution with at least 50% aggregate.
Treasury Manager:-
Experience:-Chartered Accountant, or MBA in Finance from an accredited university/ institution.
Marketing Officer:-
Experience:MBA Marketing Degree from a Recognized University
Agricultural Officer:-Bachelor of Science in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Engineering/ Pisciculture, from a recognized university.
Experience: –Two years (in the appropriate field).
> Officer Scale III (Senior Manager). :-
A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, from a recognized university or an equivalent institution with at least 50% aggregate. Candidates with a degree or diploma in banking, finance, marketing, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, veterinary science, veterinary science, veterinary science, veterinary medicine, veterinary science, Veterinary Science and Co-operation and information technology, management, law, economics, and accounting will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 Years’ Experience as an Officer in a Bank/Financial Institution.
