मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय या संस्थान से अर्थशास्त्र या वाणिज्य या सांख्यिकी या व्यावसायिक अध्ययन या लोक प्रशासन के साथ मास्टर डिग्री।

अनुभव: केंद्र सरकार या राज्य सरकार या वैधानिक या स्वायत्त संगठन या सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रम या विश्वविद्यालय या किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान या बैंक या स्टॉक एक्सचेंज में सूचीबद्ध किसी निजी क्षेत्र के संगठन में स्टोर को संभालने और स्टोर में खातों को रखने का एक वर्ष का अनुभव भारत की।

OR

मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय या संस्थान से अर्थशास्त्र या वाणिज्य या सांख्यिकी या व्यावसायिक अध्ययन या लोक प्रशासन में स्नातक डिग्री

or

मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय या संस्थान से सामग्री प्रबंधन या भंडारण प्रबंधन या खरीद या रसद सार्वजनिक खरीद में डिप्लोमा।

अनुभव: केंद्र सरकार या राज्य सरकार या वैधानिक या स्वायत्त संगठन या सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रम विश्वविद्यालय या किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान या बैंक या स्टॉक एक्सचेंज में सूचीबद्ध एक निजी क्षेत्र के संगठन में स्टोर को संभालने और स्टोर में खातों को रखने में दो साल का अनुभव भारत की।
