Experience (as on ): He / She needs to be an Officer with a minimal of 5 years’ of Commissioned Service within the Army/Navy/Air Force holding a sound ExServiceman Identity Card

▶ Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (Rural Development Banking Service/ RDBS) :-

1. General: Bachelor’s Degree in any topic from a acknowledged University with a minimal of 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD candidates – 55%) in combination OR Post Graduate diploma, MBA/PGDM with a minimal of 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD candidates – 50%) in combination OR CA/ CS/ICWA OR Ph.D from Institutions acknowledged by GOI/UGC .

3. Fisheries: Bachelor’s diploma in Fisheries Science from a acknowledged University/Institution with 60% marks (ST/PWBD candidates 55%) in combination OR Post graduate diploma in Fisheries with 55% marks (ST/PWBD candidates 50%) in combination.
4. Forestry: Bachelor’s diploma in Forestry from a acknowledged University/Institution with 60% marks (PWBD candidates – 55%) in combination OR Post graduate diploma in Forestry with 55% marks (PWBD candidates – 50%) in combination.
5. Land Development-Soil Science: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture / Agriculture (Soil Science/Agronomy) with 60% marks (SC/PWBD candidates – 55%) in combination OR Post Graduate diploma in Agriculture / Agriculture (Soil Science/Agronomy) with a minimal of 55% marks (SC/PWBD candidates – 50%) in combination from a recognised University / Institution.
6. Plantation/Horticulture Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture from any acknowledged University with a minimal of 60% marks (SC/PWBD candidates – 55%) in combination OR Post Graduate diploma in Horticulture with a minimal of 55% marks (SC/PWBD candidates – 50%) in combination.
7. Civil Engineering: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from any acknowledged University with a minimal of 60% marks (PWBD candidates – 55%) in combination OR Post Graduate diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimal of 55% marks (PWBD candidates – 50%) in combination.
8. Environmental Engineering/Sciences: Bachelor’s diploma with Environmental Science / Environmental Engineering with 60% marks (SC/PWBD candidates – 55%) in combination or Post graduate diploma in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science with 55% marks (SC/PWBD candidates – 50%) in combination from a acknowledged University/Institution
9. Finance: BBA (Finance/Banking) / BMS (Finance/Banking) with 60% marks (SC/PWBD candidates – 55%) OR Two years full time P.G. Diploma in Management (Finance) / Full time MBA (Finance) diploma with 55% (SC/PWBD candidates – 50%) from Institutions / Universities acknowledged by GoI /UGC with Bachelor’s Degree in any self-discipline. • Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (Rajbhasha) :-
