Eligibility Criteria
▶ For Arts :-
A scholar could also be admitted to the course of directions for the diploma of Bachelor of Arts (General/Honours) if he has handed the Intermediate examination of a Board/University established or integrated by regulation or another examination acknowledged by the University as equal thereto.
Provided that for admission to the course of directions for the Honours diploma in any topic it shall be mandatory for a scholar to have obtained not lower than 45% marks on the Intermediate examination within the topic involved with second division class (45%)
Provided additional {that a} scholar shall be eligible for admission to the honours course in any topic though he has not studied the topic involved on the Intermediate stage if he has handed the Intermediate examination in Science or Commerce with not lower than 50% marks within the combination.
a) Mathematics or Statistics until he has handed the Intermediate examination in Mathematics.
b) Geography until he has handed the Intermediate examination in Geography.
c) Science Student could also be taken topic of Psychology, Music, and Home Science
▶ For Commerce :-
A scholar could also be admitted to the course of directions for the diploma of Bachelor of Commerce (General) if he has handed the Intermediate examination in Commerce of a Board/University established or integrated by regulation, or another examination in Commerce of a Board/University established or integrated by regulation or another examination acknowledged by the University as equal thereto.
Provided {that a} scholar who has handed the Intermediate examination in Arts or Science shall even be eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Commerce (General) Course if he has obtained a minimal of fifty% marks within the combination on the I.A. or I.Sc. Examination.
A scholar could also be admitted to the course of directions for the diploma of Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) if he has handed the Intermediate examination in Commerce of Board/University established or integrated by regulation or another examination acknowledged by the University as equal thereto acquiring not lower than 45% marks within the Commerce topics/group of topics.
▶ For Science :-
A scholar could also be admitted to the course of directions for the diploma of Bachelor of Science (General/Honours) if he has handed the Intermediate examination in Science of a Board/University established or integrated by Law, or another examination acknowledged by the University as equal thereto.
Provide that for admission to the course of directions for the Honours diploma it shall be mandatory for a scholar to have obtained not lower than 45% marks on the Intermediate examination within the topic provided for Honours research with second division class (45%).
A candidate shall not select
a) Mathematics or Statistics until he has handed the I.Sc. Exam Math.
b) Physics until he has handed I.Sc. in Physics in Math.
c) Chemistry until he has handed the I.Sc Exam in Chemistry.
d) Botany/Zoology/Geology until he has handed the I.Sc. Exam in Biology/Geology until he has handed.
▶ For (BCA (Hons.) :- I.Sc./ I.A./ I.Com/ Equivalent Examination with Minimum 45 % marks.
▶ For (BCA (Semester.): :-
I.Sc. with Mathematics with minimal 45% marks.
I.Sc. Biology with Mathematics as further topic with minimal 45% marks
I.Com. with minimal 45% marks.
I.A. with Economics with minimal 45% marks
▶ For (BBA (Hons.) :- I.Sc./ I.A./ I.Com./ Equivalent Examination with minimal 45% marks.
▶ For CND (Hons.):- I.Sc./ Equivalent Examination with Biology with minimal 45% marks.
