▶ Village Development Officer :–

(I.) स्नातक या सरकार द्वारा उसके समतुल्य घोषित अर्हता (Graduation or a qualification declared by the Government as equivalent thereto)

And

भारत सरकार के इलेक्ट्रोनिक्स विभाग के नियंत्रणाधीन डिपार्टमेन्ट आफ इलेक्ट्रोनिक्स एकीडिटेशन गवरमेन्ट आफ इंडिया (DOEACC)द्वारा आयोजित “ओ” लेवल या उच्च स्तर सर्टिफिकट (By the Department of Electronics Accreditation Government of India (DOEACC) under the control of Department of Electronics, Government of India. Held “O” Level or Higher Level Certificate)

OR

भारत सरकार के इलेक्ट्रोनिक्स विभाग के नियंत्रणाधीन डिपार्टमेन्ट आफ इलेक्ट्रोनिक्स एकीडिटेशन गवरमेन्ट आफ इंडिया (DOEACC)द्वारा आयोजित “ओ” लेवल या उच्च स्तर सर्टिफिकट (Certificate of Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)/ Data Preparation & Computer Software (DPCS) organized under National Council (National Council) / State Council (State Council) of Vocational Training Scheme.)

OR

भारत में विधि द्वारा स्थापित विश्वविद्यालय या सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से कम्प्यूटर साइंस / कम्प्यूटर एप्लीकेशन में डिप्लोमा (Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Application from a University established by law in India or an institution recognized by the Government)

OR

सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त एक पॉलिटेक्निक संस्थान से कम्प्यूटर साइंस एंड इंजीनियरिंग मे डिप्लोमा (Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a Polytechnic Institute recognized by Govt.)

OR

राजस्थान नॉलेज कॉरपोरेशन लिमिटेड के नियंत्रण में वर्धमान महावीर खुला विश्वविद्यालय, कोटा द्वारा आयोजित राजस्थान स्टेट सर्टिफिकेट इन इन्फोरमेशन टेकनोलोजी (RSCIT) कोर्स का प्रमाण पत्र (Rajasthan State Certificate in Management conducted by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota under the control of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited Certificate of Information Technology (RSCIT) course)

(II.) देवनागरी लिपि में लिखी हिन्दी में कार्य करने का ज्ञान एवं राजस्थान की संस्कृति का ज्ञान (Knowledge of working in Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthan’s culture)

ग्रामीण विकास एवं पंचायती राज विभाग की अधिसूचना दिनांक 29.04.2021 के अनुसार नियम 266 में संशोधन कर निम्नलिखित परन्तुक जोडा गयाः- (According to the notification dated 29.04.2021 of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, following amendment in rule 266 Proviso added)

जो व्यक्ति पाठ्यकम के अंतिम वर्ष की परीक्षा में उपस्थित हुआ है या सम्मिलित हो रहा हो, जो इन नियमों में उल्लिखित पद के लिए शैक्षिक योग्यता की आवश्यकता है या सीधी भर्ती के लिए ग्राम विकास अधिकारी पद के लिए आवेदन करने के लिए पात्र होगा लेकिन वह,उसे उपयुक्त चयन एजेंसी को अपेक्षित शैक्षिक योग्यता प्राप्त करने का प्रमाण प्रस्तुत करना होगा,- (A person who has appeared or is appearing in the examination of the final year of the course, who is eligible for the educational qualification for the post specified in these rules. qualification required or will be eligible to apply for the post of Village Development Officer for direct recruitment but he, he Proof of having acquired the requisite educational qualification shall be submitted to the appropriate selection agency,-)

1. मुख्य परीक्षा में उपस्थित होने से पहले, जहां लिखित परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार के दो चरणों के माध्यम से चयन किया जाता है, (Before appearing in the main examination, where the selection is made through two stages of written examination and interview,)

2. साक्षात्कार में उपस्थित होने से पहले जहां लिखित परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार के माध्यम से चयन किया जाता है। (Before appearing in the interview where the selection is made through written test and interview.)

Note:-

ग्राम विकास अधिकारी भर्ती में ऐसे अभ्यर्थी भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं जो ग्राम विकास अधिकारी भर्ती हेतु निर्धारित शैक्षणिक योग्यता/ कम्प्यूटर योग्यता के अंतिम वर्ष में सम्मिलित होने वाले है या सम्मिलित हो रहे है परंतु उन्हें ग्राम विकास अधिकारी भर्ती के लिये निर्धारित शैक्षणिक योग्यता/ कम्प्यूटर योग्यता ग्राम विकास अधिकारी भर्ती की परीक्षा तिथि से पूर्व अर्जित करनी अनिवार्य होगी। अन्यथा ग्राम विकास अधिकारी भर्ती परीक्षा के बाद शैक्षणिक योग्यता/ कम्प्यूटर योग्यता अर्जित करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को इस भर्ती हेतु पात्र नहीं माना जायेगा। (Such candidates can also apply in the Village Development Officer Recruitment, who are going to appear or are appearing in the final year of the prescribed educational qualification / computer qualification for the recruitment of Village Development Officer, but they have the prescribed educational qualification / computer for the recruitment of Village Development Officer. It will be mandatory to earn the qualification before the exam date of Village Development Officer Recruitment. Otherwise, the candidates who have acquired the educational qualification / computer qualification after the Gram Vikas Adhikari Recruitment Examination will not be considered eligible for this recruitment.)
